Shipping Policy

Leenas jewelry provides UPS and FedEX shipping for orders shipped in the USA. Prices vary based on items, weight and insurance cost per each order. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure a secure delivery of your order, Leenas jewelry does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

Leenasjewelryus.com does not accept any returns on items purchased online. There is an exchange only (same or higher amount) policy available up to 7 days from purchase date.

Exchange Policy

No returns or refunds. Exchange only, within 7 days with prior authorization for likewise & same class of jewelry. We do not exchange with coins or bullion. All sales are final. Leenas Jewelry gladly accepts Exchange made within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry pieces that have been sized or custom ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sizes of online jewelry pictures are not exact. Jewelry pieces may be out of stock and may be able to be reordered. Prices are subject to change due to gold market price.

If you need to exchange your purchased item(s), you must only use Leenas shipping return slip from Leenasjewelryus.com. If you require a new shipping return slip, please call us 214-878-2226 and we will provide one for you.

Rates

For each address within the United States, the following UPS shipping methods are available: Ground shipping (allow 3-7 business days). Express shipping (allow 2-3 business days). Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day; not including Saturdays, where Saturday Delivery Service is not available. Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available. Next Day Delivery is not offered for watches or engraved items.
